Bente Community Guidelines

Welcome to Bente — where real people make real connections in real places. To keep the community safe, fun, and authentic, all users must follow these Community Guidelines. By using Bente, you agree to these rules in addition to our Terms of Use.

Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent bans at our discretion.

1. Be Real

Only one account per person.
No catfishing, bots, fake profiles, or impersonation.
Be honest about your age (18+ only) and identity. We may require government-issued ID for verification.
Choose the intent that accurately reflects what you are seeking (Romance, Friendship, Collab, Wildcard, etc.). Misrepresenting your intent to mislead others is a violation and may result in removal.

2. Be Respectful

Treat others with respect at all times.
Harassment, bullying, threats, discrimination, or hate speech will not be tolerated.
Consent is key: “no” means no — both online and offline.
Do not exploit, manipulate, or coerce others.

3. Be Safe

Never share financial information, passwords, or your home address with other users.
Meet new people in public spaces and let someone know where you are.
Report suspicious or unsafe behavior immediately using in-app tools or by contacting support@getbente.com.

4. Keep It Clean

No nudity, pornographic, or sexually explicit content.
No violent, graphic, or gory imagery.
No promotion of illegal activity, weapons, or drugs.
No scams, spamming, or unauthorized advertising.
No off-platform solicitation (e.g., pushing users to other apps, sites, or payment platforms).

5. No Dangerous or Harmful Content

Do not promote or encourage self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities.
Do not glorify or encourage violence, terrorism, or hate groups.
Do not spread harmful health or safety misinformation.

6. Respect the Platform

Do not cheat, exploit, or “game” the system (e.g., fake check-ins, manipulating matches, or using bots/scripts).

Do not scrape data, harvest information, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass app security.
Do not tamper with app features or abuse reporting tools.
Follow the rules of all Bente games and interactive features.

7. Respect Venues

Treat venue spaces, staff, and guests with courtesy.
Any disruptive or unsafe conduct at a venue may lead to restrictions or bans.
Venues are independent businesses. Flovara is not responsible for venue conditions, staff behavior, or disputes between you and a venue.

8. Bente Bucks & Virtual Items

Virtual items are licensed, not owned.
Bente Bucks and any other virtual items have no cash value.
They may not be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for money or property outside the app.
Flovara may modify, suspend, or remove virtual items at any time without liability.

9. Reporting & Enforcement

We provide moderation tools and review reports, but we cannot monitor every interaction or piece of content in real-time.
Minor violations may result in warnings or feature restrictions.
Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent bans.
Illegal behavior may be reported to law enforcement.
We may act on reports even without user notice if necessary for safety or compliance.
Users may request a review of enforcement decisions, but Flovara’s decision is final.

10. Liability Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for your conduct and interactions, whether online or offline.
Flovara is not responsible for harm, disputes, or damages resulting from user interactions, venue conditions, or third-party actions.
By using Bente, you agree that your participation is at your own risk.

11. Final Note

Bente is more than an app: it’s a community. Every user plays a role in keeping it safe, authentic, and enjoyable. If you respect these Guidelines, you help keep the vibe alive.
